In January 2025, at the ZX195-5A excavator, problems with the exhaust and launch arose at the mining site in the Sizivang-Banner. Previous repair work performed by several maintenance brigades, including the replacement of the fuel nozzle, the overhaul of the pre -heating system and a thorough check of high and low pressure fuel lines, did not eliminate the problem.
Due to the complexity of the problem and limited repair opportunities on the spot, the equipment was transferred to our specialized repair center for integrated diagnostics. Our technical team used EIDSS, MP.DR and various precision testing equipment for a comprehensive check of the engine unit, including pressure checking in the cylinders, analysis of pressure in the fuel system and accurate measurements in the gas distribution system.
Ultimately, the cause of the problem was the displacement of one tooth of the gear of the camshaft. This slight displacement of phases led to a violation of the synchronization of the intake and injection phases of the engine, which led to a violation of combustion. In the conditions of professional repair, our engineers used specialized tools to re -calibrate the gas distribution system, adjusting the position of the gear engagement in accordance with strict requirements and carefully tested the working condition of the valve mechanism.
After the repair was completed, the equipment launched as usual, the problem of smoking was completely eliminated. After repeated load tests, the engine operation parameters in various operating modes corresponded to factory standards.
This repair demonstrates the most important role of specialized testing equipment and standardized technical processes when eliminating malfunctions of complex engine systems. Using our extensive technical database and rich repair experience, we can accurately diagnose and eliminate various complex malfunctions, guaranteeing the restoration of equipment to an optimal working condition.
